Startup Grind hosts Aryk Grosz

Aryk is the Co-Founder of Mixbook, Inc., the maker of Mixbook.com, Mosaic and Montage. For his achievements at Mixbook, he has been recognized by Inc Magazine's "30 Under 30" list of entrepreneurs. He is also a self-taught programmer who contributes to open source and wrote the initial version of one of the first websites using Ruby on Rails in production - mixbook.com.

Mixbook has been praised by the Today Show, New York Times and USA Today, and Mosaic has been featured by Apple repeatedly in over 25 countries.

Before Mixbook, Aryk developed supply chain simulations for the Joint Genome Institute at the U.S. Department of Energy. Aryk has a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley and a certificate from the Berkeley Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology.
